Success Engineer

About the role

The Success Engineer works closely with clients to optimize their use of our application platform, ensuring seamless business processes and high‑quality outcomes. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions and training.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to capture existing and desired business processes.
• Guide clients on workflow optimization, automation, proactive monitoring, and integration opportunities.
• Promote best‑practice design methodologies across multiple customer stakeholders.
• Produce high‑quality documentation of requirements, design specifications, and unit test plans.
• Deliver in‑person and remote training customized to client configurations.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Data Services, and Analytics teams.
• Develop deliverables on Salesforce.com and secondary platforms such as Adobe, Conga, IBM Cognos, Power BI, SAP Web Intelligence, InRule, and Crystal Reports.
• Prioritize work with customers and internal resources, manage escalations, and participate in status calls.

Required profile

• 2+ years of technical experience creating and documenting business use cases and specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, risk management, or a related field.
• Background in integrated risk management, safety, or healthcare with database design knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and time‑management skills.
