Studio Production Artist (Graphic Designer)

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Studio Production Artist to create and localise print mechanicals, screen imagery and digital assets for global marketing communications. The role works closely with project managers, print production teams and international stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand visual output across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build, prep and localise print and digital artwork files for production using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Liaise with project management and print production teams to ensure correct file preparation.
• Create screen imagery in Photoshop, employing Smart Objects, Layer Styles and Adjustment Layers.
• Convert existing Photoshop assets into localized versions while maintaining quality and detail.
• Retouch lifestyle and campaign images according to client art direction.
• Maintain consistent graphic production processes, including font usage, colour profiles, naming conventions and asset archiving.
• Update product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps and output web graphics.
• Structure Photoshop comps for efficient production and localisation workflows.
• Collaborate with producers, traffic, development, publishing and international teams to meet project goals.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and ability to follow brand guidelines rigorously.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage versioning and localisation of assets.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience creating and localising screen imagery using Smart Objects and layer techniques.
• Image retouching and UI element updating in Photoshop.
