Strategic Initiatives Lead reporting to CEO

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives Lead who will work directly with the CEO to solve critical problems, drive strategic projects and build AI‑powered solutions for our fast‑growing company. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to influence company direction and collaborate with a caring, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define, prioritize and execute strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence in business processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform decision‑making.
• Monitor progress of initiatives and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy development or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable collaborating directly with executive leadership.
