About the role

EMAPTA is seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant to provide high‑impact support to senior leaders. This full‑time, hybrid position offers a day shift, weekends off, and a competitive compensation package up to 120K plus a sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior executives.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and follow‑up actions.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential information with utmost discretion.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
