Stores District Manager for Nike Store Partners in the Philippines

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader with strong business acumen and a passion for people, sport, and retail transformation. The role involves overseeing Nike partner and mono‑brand stores across the Philippines, driving strategy execution and delivering premium consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to achieve performance targets.
• Manage the portfolio of partner stores, develop territory‑specific strategies, and ensure joint profitability.
• Own the fleet review process, create action plans, and drive service initiatives in collaboration with operations, training, and retail brand teams.
• Analyze daily business performance, provide weekly marketplace updates, and support cross‑functional solutions.
• Lead seasonal readiness across service, brand, operations, training, and product.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with district or area management.
• Deep understanding of the retail business model and evolving landscape.
• Proven ability to build high‑profile, collaborative relationships across functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing senior leadership.
• Experience managing complex projects and high‑performing teams.
• Willingness to spend 80‑90% of time onsite in stores.
