Store Team Leader / Store Manager

About the role

The Store Team Leader (Store Manager) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Metro Manila. You will lead daily store operations, ensure a welcoming environment for guests, and drive the store toward its sales and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food‑safety standards.
• Guide and support team members on each shift, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Manage staff schedules, coordinate training, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Monitor sales performance, execute store promotions, and meet business objectives.
• Address guest concerns in real time and promote a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Proven experience in store management, supervising staff, and overseeing inventory and cash control.
• Ability to train, coach, and onboard team members.
• Previous experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to safety and compliance.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
