Store Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Store Supervisor to lead daily operations across our diverse food & beverage concepts. You will ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service while supporting a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, train new employees, and mentor existing team members.
- Control inventory levels, monitor costs, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
