Store Pharmacist

About the role

The Store Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medicines in a retail pharmacy setting. You will interact directly with patients, provide counseling, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Validate the accuracy of prescriptions and dispense medicines accordingly.
• Provide patient counseling and answer drug‑related queries.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Corporate Pharmacist.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reference books and ensure they are readily available.
• Monitor storage conditions, remove expired or damaged stock, and keep the medicine cabinet organized.
• Ensure all medicines are stored in good condition.
• Represent the store during FDA and PDEA inspections.
• Conduct training sessions to keep store personnel informed about product updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist or valid pharmacy license holder.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, a compressed 5‑day work week, and occasional holidays or weekends.
• Open to relocation with provided allowances.
