About the role
The Station Head leads the Davao hub, ensuring operational excellence and meeting key performance targets. This on‑site role is central to driving efficiency and growth within Ninja Van’s logistics network.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the hub meets its Key Results Areas, including Cost Per Parcel and Pick‑up/RTS success rates.
- Monitor operational performance and drive improvements to achieve target metrics.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to maintain efficient hub operations.
