Sr. Technical Lead - Data & Reporting

About the role

Manulife is looking for a Senior Technical Lead in Quezon City to partner with business stakeholders, senior leaders and other data professionals in designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions. The role also leads the collection, validation and reporting of KPIs and metrics, including monthly operational reporting for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions.
• Collect, validate and report KPIs and metrics, including monthly operational reporting for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain team documentation for data and workflow improvement projects.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to promote self-serve reporting and enable citizen developers through consultation and knowledge transfer.
• Implement automation and workflow improvement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, supporting operationalization of data decision-making tools via Power BI.
• Stay up to date with data and business analysis standard methodologies and emerging trends in data decision-making tool development and design.

Required profile

• 6+ years of progressive experience providing operations support in an analyst capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Preferred: experience solving workflow enhancement and automation with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate; experience on Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban; knowledge of Manulife and John Hancock Retirement products systems and operations, retirement record keeping systems, workflows and CRM tools; understanding of the financial/retirement regulatory environment.

• Working with relational databases in enterprise cloud environments
