Sr. Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Senior Quality Assurance Officer ensures that all raw materials, work‑in‑process, and finished goods meet the strict specifications required by the food manufacturing plant in Malvar, Batangas. The role supports the QA team by applying documented procedures, planning activities, and maintaining consistent performance under varied conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze raw materials and work‑in‑process samples according to approved procedures and plans.
• Verify that finished products comply with specification sheets.
• Plan and execute QA activities aligned with company objectives and project details.
• Maintain stable performance despite physical or mental demands.
• Operate effectively in different environmental conditions within the plant.

Required profile

• Preferably a registered Chemical Technician with at least one year of experience in food manufacturing QA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field.
• Ability to plan work according to QA objectives and implement project details.
• Strong physical and mental stamina to work under varied conditions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
