Sr. FinOps Analyst – French Speaker (Global Accounts Receivable)

About the role

As an AR Collections Analyst you will support Amazon’s strategic customers by identifying and resolving billing issues, reconciling accounts and driving monthly collection targets. The role requires a self‑motivated professional who can improve processes, build strong cross‑functional relationships and deliver detail‑oriented service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer receivables and maximize cash flow by solving payment issues.
• Execute full‑cycle AR for past‑due balances, including research, analysis and reconciliations.
• Call customers, schedule resolution sessions and understand their procure‑to‑pay cycles.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and handle internal and external AR inquiries.
• Provide guidance on Amazon billing processes, identify defects and drive upstream resolutions.
• Maintain timely, accurate communication with customers and act as the Voice of the Customer for top‑tier accounts.
• Escalate issues when needed, keep detailed notes in collections tools, and suggest process improvements.
• Report daily to the Pasay office and work the EMEA mid‑shift schedule, with occasional overtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native or fluent French speaker.
• Minimum 2 years of finance & accounting experience in a large, customer‑oriented corporate environment.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to shifting schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
