About the role

The Sr. Director, Corporate Controller will act as the primary deputy to the VP of Finance, shaping global financial architecture and ensuring fiscal integrity across all international entities. This senior leader will guide financial strategy, risk management, and drive digital transformation within a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and oversee a high‑performance global financial infrastructure and reporting framework.
• Provide strategic insights to the Executive Team and senior leadership to influence enterprise‑wide business decisions.
• Lead enterprise risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance and protection of global assets.
• Champion finance‑focused digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and automation.
• Direct complex global M&A integration, ensuring seamless financial consolidation.
• Establish and govern enterprise‑wide financial policies that promote fiscal discipline and scalability.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing global finance leadership team.
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance on long‑term financial roadmap, capital efficiency, and sustainable growth.
• Oversee audit strategy and manage relationships with external auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification.
• 12–15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in a complex, global environment.
• 2–3 years of experience at a Director‑level role.
