Specialist, Wave & Replenishment

About the role

The Wave & Replenishment Specialist acts as the custodian of process compliance and inventory flow at the Cebu Distribution Center. This role ensures warehouse operations follow approved SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements while supporting safe and efficient pharmaceutical distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve operational issues such as process deviations and inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
• Orchestrate wave picking release and replenishment activities to maintain inventory availability and service levels.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Quality, Inventory and Client stakeholders to enforce discipline and compliance.
• Support the safe, compliant distribution of pharmaceutical products through adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and a valid PRC license as a Licensed Pharmacist.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Management Systems within the pharmaceutical or life‑science industry.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical warehousing, product handling requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
