Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Finance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Spanish‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle finance‑related inquiries. The role involves assisting clients via phone, email or chat, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions while complying with financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Spanish‑ and English‑speaking customers across multiple channels.
• Handle inquiries about accounts, payments, billing, transactions, statements and other financial services.
• Assist with account maintenance, payment processing, dispute resolution and service requests.
• Document interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Investigate issues, deliver effective solutions and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Educate customers on products, policies and self‑service options.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, data‑privacy rules and industry standards.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for quality, productivity, satisfaction and attendance.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance, banking or related BPO environments.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
