Spa Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

South Palms Resort and Spa Panglao-MGallery is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of its luxury spa. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and upholding Accor brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of spa operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and wellness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing spa team in line with Accor’s service philosophy.
• Manage revenue, budgeting, and financial reporting to meet or exceed targets.
• Implement service excellence initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a comparable leadership role within hospitality or wellness.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Solid understanding of spa operations, guest service excellence, and financial management.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and developing high‑performing teams.
