Southeast Asia Marketing & Digital Specialist

About the role

The Southeast Asia Marketing & Digital Specialist will strengthen BCG’s brand and market presence in the Philippines. Reporting to the SEA Head of Marketing, the role works closely with Manila office leadership and regional marketing teams to deliver high‑impact communications, digital campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute a local media and communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Philippine and regional media, pitching interviews and op‑eds.
• Plan and manage editorial pipelines, including thought‑leadership articles and client‑facing content.
• Identify strategic speaking engagements, conferences and industry partnerships.
• Advise senior leadership on communications strategy and market positioning.
• Produce and distribute a quarterly Manila‑focused marketing newsletter and ensure publications meet BCG standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of priority events and webinars, handling invitations, RSVPs, venues and logistics within budget.
• Manage and update digital content in coordination with regional and global teams.
• Support email campaigns, including list management and performance tracking.
• Coordinate social‑media publishing in line with SEA and global priorities and report on core digital metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing communications, media relations, digital marketing and event execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross‑functional regional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to a professional services audience.
• Detail‑oriented approach to managing editorial pipelines, newsletters and event logistics.
