Solutions Lead – Development

About the role

The Solutions Lead, Development provides technical leadership for complex MES/MOM and digital manufacturing projects. Working remotely, you will guide architecture, enforce development standards, and deliver scalable solutions for manufacturing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software development across MES/MOM implementations, ensuring high‑quality, maintainable code.
• Provide technical guidance, architecture oversight, and enforce SDLC best practices.
• Develop and customize Opcenter/Camstar solutions, UI designs, and integration services.
• Extend factory models, maintain integrations using CIO and WCF/.NET APIs, and support platform administration.
• Collaborate with customers, consulting, and training teams; assist with SOW scoping and effort estimation.
• Mentor junior developers, deliver technical training, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Travel up to 25% for onsite support, project execution, or client milestones.

Required profile

• Senior‑level developer with extensive experience in MES/MOM and digital manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and drive architectural decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to reproduce and resolve advanced customer issues.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work remotely.
