Solar Project Manager – Full‑Scale PV Development

About the role

We are seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead the delivery of full‑scale greenfield and brownfield solar PV power projects. You will coordinate all phases from site identification through construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the work plan and critical‑path schedule, allocating resources to meet project milestones.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and quality controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit permit applications, act as the primary liaison with government agencies, and secure all necessary approvals.
• Conduct bidding and procurement processes, coordinate with local and international EPC contractors, and manage sourcing of goods and services.
• Produce regular progress reports for senior management and the leadership team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy or solar PV.
• Proven track record managing solar projects from planning through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of site assessment, permitting, budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
