About the role
The Software Engineering Team Lead drives the delivery of customer solutions by leading a team of engineers, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers to meet project, quality, and performance goals.
- Plan, assign, and monitor workload to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, review designs, resolve complex issues, and enforce engineering standards.
- Lead project execution, manage risks, and act as primary escalation point for technical challenges.
- Support resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, and competency development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent customer projects.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
