About the role

Agents Only Technologies is looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain applications that support business operations, customer engagement, and data‑driven initiatives. This remote position can be full‑time, contract, or project‑based, offering flexibility while contributing to high‑impact software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established standards.
• Develop new features and enhancements based on business and technical requirements.
• Support API development, integrations, and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
• Optimize application performance and assist with scalability initiatives.
• Monitor application health, assist with deployments, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and QA teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and stay updated on emerging technologies.
