Software Engineer – Java Developer (Pooling)

About the role

The Software Engineer will research, develop, and integrate new products, services, or processes into existing systems, with a strong focus on analytics. This role is based at UnionBank Plaza in Ortigas, Pasig City and operates on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data‑driven initiatives and research emerging technologies for integration.
• Design innovative data‑gathering methods from unconventional sources.
• Provide support to business units by building systems, applications, or scripts.
• Develop, maintain, and document APIs, campaign processes, and contact policies.
• Streamline digital campaign communications for portfolio actions and usage campaigns.
• Monitor key performance drivers for campaigns and ensure continuous implementation of business‑critical campaigns.
