Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate to join a fast‑growing AI‑focused product team as a Software Developer working remotely. You will contribute to building and scaling an AI recruiter agent that powers millions of interviews, while receiving mentorship from senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack features for core product workflows under senior guidance.
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Implement user‑facing interfaces with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Support data modeling and optimize PostgreSQL database performance.
• Integrate AI‑driven workflows and improve the recruiter agent’s scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across time zones, ensuring overlap with PST.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 2 years) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and passion for learning in an AI‑driven environment.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and work effectively in a remote team.
