Social Media & Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our remote team supporting an Australian strategic marketing consultancy. The role combines social media management, content creation and basic design tasks, working closely with the Social Media & Creative Lead on real client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the marketing strategist in planning and executing social media campaigns for various brands.
• Create, schedule and monitor content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Support the production of visual assets and simple graphics for posts and ads.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports for client review.

Required profile

• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a creative mindset.
