Social Media Manager – TikTok, Pinterest & Instagram (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead TikTok, Pinterest and Instagram efforts for a UK‑based creative agency that serves luxury lifestyle, fashion and hospitality brands. This is a 100% remote, full‑time position reporting to UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage TikTok and Pinterest accounts for multiple client brands.
• Research trends, viral content, audio and platform updates.
• Develop organic strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.
• Create and maintain content calendars, planning at least two weeks ahead.
• Edit short‑form video using CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Produce on‑brand visual content that aligns with luxury aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the internal creative team to propose content ideas.
• Schedule posts via the agency’s social media management platform.
• Draft captions and copy while preserving each client’s voice.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Respond quickly to reactive content opportunities and last‑minute requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management.
• Proven track record managing TikTok and Pinterest for business brands.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends and organic growth tactics.
• Experience creating and editing short‑form video content.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines.
