Social Media Manager (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results‑driven Social Media Growth Manager to lead strategy and execution for multiple consumer brands. The role focuses on building brand awareness, audience growth, engagement and revenue through organic social, paid ads, influencer partnerships and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Create and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars, conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends.
• Set up and maintain Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, advertising accounts, pixels and tracking systems.
• Design and launch paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok, manage targeting, retargeting, look‑alike audiences and optimise ROAS, CPA, CPC and CTR.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, influencers and content creators to produce educational, promotional, lifestyle and trend‑based content.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, website traffic and conversion metrics; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Handle community management by responding to comments, direct messages and brand mentions to foster audience engagement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ecosystems, including content strategy, community management and paid advertising.
• Proven ability to own projects from strategy through execution and optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting and data‑driven decision making.
