Social Media Manager – Luxury Fashion (TikTok & Instagram)

About the role

PARISA WANG is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and short‑form content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and related channels. The role blends luxury brand aesthetics with the fast‑moving language of modern social media to drive engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the weekly/monthly social media strategy and content calendar.
• Create, edit, and publish short‑form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok using brand, product, campaign, founder, and UGC assets.
• Craft compelling hooks, captions, and text overlays that align with a quiet‑luxury visual identity.
• Manage posting schedules, basic community engagement, and creator/UGC partnerships.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, saves, shares, clicks, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
• Support product launches, sales campaigns, and evergreen content pillars.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok for fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or premium accessories brands.
• Deep understanding of TikTok language, editing style, pacing, hooks, and trends.
• Strong visual taste that matches quiet‑luxury, elevated, modern feminine aesthetics.
• Ability to translate campaign and product messaging into platform‑native social content.
