Social Media Manager

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media presence on all active platforms.
• Develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Create original copy, graphics direction, and video concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely, on‑brand manner.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and emerging best practices.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnership possibilities, and community‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role.
• Deep familiarity with major social platforms and content performance nuances.
• Strong storytelling ability with a clear sense of brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable tracking metrics and iterating quickly.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple platforms in a fully remote setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social.
