Social Media Manager

About the role

FlowerStore.ph, the Philippines’ #1 online gift store, is seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to help shape its digital presence across Southeast Asia. You will join a fast‑growing e‑commerce team, creating engaging content, building community, and driving brand awareness on multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels including Viber Community, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Produce, schedule and publish diverse content such as posts, videos, stories, polls and giveaways tailored to each platform.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and nurture active community conversations.
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, product amplifications and influencer collaborations.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth) and deliver regular analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor trends, platform updates and competitor activity to keep strategies current.
• Coordinate YouTube video uploads, optimization and comment moderation.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in social media marketing and hands‑on content management; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce, online marketing channels and influencer outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, driven and results‑oriented.
