Social Media Manager – Anime Jewelry Brand

About the role

We are looking for a creative, experienced Social Media Manager to lead and grow the online presence of our premium anime‑inspired jewelry brand. This fully remote, long‑term position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to shape the brand’s voice across multiple platforms while receiving regular pay raises and bonuses for strong performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent, on‑brand posting calendar for core channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and secondary platforms (X/Twitter, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit).
• Source, create, and schedule visual content that aligns with the brand’s clean, artist‑led aesthetic.
• Engage daily with fans through comments, direct messages, and community features to foster personal connections.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive organic growth beyond the current 105k followers.
• Build and manage the experimental Kraymer.studio account, ensuring it complements the main brand without diluting its identity.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account organically to at least 10,000 followers.
• Strong visual sense, especially for short‑form video (reels) that resonates with an anime‑inspired audience.
• Excellent copywriting that sounds authentic and personal rather than corporate.
• Reliability and dedication: available at least five days per week and committed to a long‑term role.
