Social Media Growth & Engagement Specialist

About the role

Group Coaching Weekly is seeking a Social Media Growth & Engagement Specialist to expand its online community. The role focuses on building authentic relationships, sparking meaningful conversations, and increasing visibility across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to comments on social platforms with thoughtful follow‑up questions, empathy, and encouragement.
• Engage daily with potential community members by commenting on complementary creators, participating in relevant Facebook groups, and joining discussions on coaching, personal growth, and mental health.
• Develop conversation strategies that keep discussions active, highlight valuable comments, and foster dialogue among followers.
• Track audience intelligence such as FAQs, common frustrations, language patterns, and content requests, and deliver weekly insight reports.
• Monitor success metrics including follower growth, engagement rate, average comments per post, response time, and qualified follower acquisition.

• Excellent written communication with an empathetic tone.
• Ability to identify high‑value conversations and add genuine value before promotion.
• Strong organizational skills to produce weekly audience intelligence reports.
