Social Media & Email Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven professional to lead our social media and email marketing efforts. Working closely with the founder and creative lead, you will shape the voice of Altura and its clients, ensuring content feels authentic and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain monthly social content calendars for Altura and selected clients.
• Write compelling captions, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
• Plan, design, and send regular email newsletters that achieve high open and click‑through rates.
• Help define content pillars and storytelling strategies across platforms.
• Analyze performance data to refine tactics and stay ahead of relevant trends.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or email marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills focused on people, not just platforms.
• Understanding of branding, tone of voice, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and content calendars simultaneously.
• Passion for genuine audience connection over vanity metrics.
