About the role
The Social Media Content Specialist will create, edit, and manage engaging digital content that amplifies the online presence of the Magnolia Team. This role blends creativity with a deep passion for basketball to produce videos, graphics, and posts that resonate with fans and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high‑quality video and photo content for social platforms.
- Edit and schedule posts using tools such as Canva and CapCut to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategies to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to align content with campaign objectives.
- Maintain and operate personal photo/video equipment for on‑site shoots.
Required profile
- At least a college‑level education.
- 1‑2 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media management, preferably within sports, entertainment, or media.
- Strong enthusiasm and knowledge of basketball.
