Social Media Content & Creative Virtual Assistant (Mid‑Level)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a proactive Social Media Content & Creative Virtual Assistant to support multiple client accounts. You will work remotely during night‑shift hours, creating and publishing engaging content while ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other channels.
• Monitor comments and direct messages, responding promptly to maintain audience engagement.
• Design graphics and edit images for organic posts and paid advertisements.
• Produce short‑form videos for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts using desktop or mobile editing tools.
• Generate and refine AI‑created images and videos, writing prompts to meet brand standards.
• Organise creative assets, maintain content libraries and support the marketing team with campaign material preparation.
• Ensure all output follows approved content calendars and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Strong visual sense with solid graphic‑design and photo‑editing abilities.
• Hands‑on experience editing short‑form videos for social platforms.
• Practical knowledge of AI content‑generation tools and prompt engineering.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Clear written communication and the ability to collaborate with an international marketing team.
