About the role

The Social Media & Community Associate drives growth and daily operations across multiple community platforms, including Viber, Telegram, and Facebook Groups. The role focuses on expanding membership, boosting engagement, supporting campaign participation, and ensuring compliance with platform rules and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and nurture online communities on Viber, Telegram, Facebook Groups, and other platforms.
• Increase member engagement through localized content and community initiatives.
• Support marketing campaigns by encouraging community participation.
• Monitor and manage operational risks, ensuring adherence to platform policies and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Campaign, and Customer Operations teams to align community activities with broader business goals.
• Analyze community data to inform data‑driven engagement strategies.
