About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media and Administration Specialist to join our team remotely. The role supports an Australian hospitality brand by creating engaging online content, handling reservation enquiries and providing guest support.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and schedule compelling content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and reviews to maintain a positive brand presence.
- Manage reservation requests and coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Assist guests with inquiries via email, chat or phone, providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align social media activities with brand campaigns.
Required profile
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Interest in hospitality and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently from a remote location.
