About the role

The SOC Manager will lead the Security Operations Center, ensuring continuous monitoring and protection of the organization’s assets while fostering a high‑performing analyst team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SOC operations to ensure continuous monitoring and protection of the organization’s assets.
• Manage and mentor a team of SOC analysts, overseeing shift schedules and performance.
• Coordinate incident response activities, including detection, analysis, containment, and remediation.
• Collaborate with global security teams to align processes and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading security operations and managing analyst teams.
• Strong understanding of incident response lifecycle and security monitoring tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate with global stakeholders.
