Site Manager – Operations (Night Shift)

About the role
The Site Manager will lead overall site operations on a night‑shift schedule, ensuring efficient service delivery, high team performance, and strong client satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and drive operational efficiency.
- Manage cross‑functional teams to meet service and performance targets.
- Monitor business performance, financial results, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address any service issues promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5–10 years of operations management experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a senior operations manager or equivalent role.
- Advantageous to have experience handling e‑commerce operations.
