Site Logistics Associate – Laguna

About the role

The Site Logistics Associate supports daily warehouse operations in Canlubang, Laguna, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound material flow for production and distribution. The role involves accurate inventory tracking, coordination with other sites, and adherence to handling and storage standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pre‑ and post‑operational requirements for the site.
• Update and verify all transfer receipts, and define receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for finished goods.
• Check issuance of materials and supplies for production and distribution.
• Provide daily accurate inventory counts and work with the Inventory Controller to resolve discrepancies.
• Lead receiving activities and issue warehouse transactions, reviewing monitoring forms and related documents.
• Coordinate with other distribution centers to verify production and consumption codes for shipped products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least one year of inbound and outbound warehousing experience.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP software.
• Knowledge of MHE (material handling equipment) operations.
