Site Logistics Associate

About the role

The Site Logistics Associate is responsible for maintaining logistics documentation, ensuring safety and quality compliance, supporting internal and external audits, and handling billing coordination within a food manufacturing warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update logistics documents such as work instructions, SSOPs, HACCP, HIRAC, OPRP, and visual aids.
• Lead updates to process documentation to keep it aligned with current operations.
• Act as the focal point for safety, quality, and compliance audits (Internal, EOHS, FSSC, FDA).
• Coordinate with suppliers on billing issues and ensure timely payment processing.
• Monitor warehouse safety and quality compliance and follow up on engineering and facilities job requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field; BS Industrial Engineering preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations (inventory management, receiving, dispatching, or order fulfillment).
• Experience in compliance, billing, food safety, HACCP, HIRAC, or FSSC is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
