Site Engineer – South Laguna, Batangas & Quezon

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to support our land development and housing construction projects across the southern region of Luzon, specifically in Laguna, Batangas and Quezon. The role involves daily monitoring of site activities, ensuring work aligns with approved plans, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect daily construction activities on land development and housing projects.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to schedules, targets and quality requirements.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or deviations.
• Manage project concerns such as punch‑list items, unit rectifications, utilities performance and village maintenance.
• Assist the Site Supervisor in implementing environmental and safety protocols on site.

Required profile

• Registered Civil Engineer.
• 1‑2 years of experience in horizontal development, land development or housing construction (advantageous).
• Strong management orientation, attention to detail and effective oral and written communication.
• Willingness to be assigned to any of the listed project sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in design and engineering tools, specifically AutoCAD.
