About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer – Piling to support the MCRP-02 Railway Project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves overseeing all bored‑pile activities on‑site, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise piling works on‑site, both day and night shifts.
- Ensure bored‑pile execution complies with approved method statements and quality requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and coordinate activities.
- Liaise with the Engineer and Client representatives to align on site requirements.
- Maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in bored‑pile construction.
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate subcontractors on‑site.
- Familiarity with quality‑control procedures and documentation management.
- Experience interacting with client and engineer representatives.
- Willingness to work any shift required.
