Site Engineer – Piling

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer to lead piling operations on the MCRP02 project in the Philippines. You will be responsible for supervising all aspects of bored, driven and CFA pile works, ensuring they meet design, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage piling works, including bored piles, driven piles and CFA piles.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality requirements and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and keep the project on schedule.
• Oversee pile positioning, drilling, reinforcement placement, concreting and integrity/loading testing.
• Review IFC drawings, method statements and technical submittals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5‑8 years of experience in piling construction.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors on site.
• Familiarity with quality‑control procedures and documentation management.
• Experience coordinating with client or engineer representatives.
• Willingness to work any assigned shift.
