Service Technician

About the role

The Service Technician is responsible for responding to client service calls, performing repairs, and ensuring all work is documented accurately. This role requires close coordination with team leaders, supervisors, and the customer service staff to keep them informed of service status.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to service calls and address client concerns promptly.
• Update the Team Leader/Supervisor/Assistant Manager or customer service staff on the status of services upon completion.
• Complete service reports with full details, obtain customer signatures, and ensure acknowledgment.
• Explain any service issues that arise, describe corrective actions taken, and report to the manager.
• Submit Service Report, PM Checklist, and SP Evaluation Sheet within 24 hours of service completion.
• Evaluate defective units and verify recommended spare parts before client submission.
• Request and receive spare parts from the Parts Section and install them immediately.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and customers.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving service issues.
• Capable of handling spare parts logistics and installation.
