Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to install, test, and maintain our products at customer sites. The role involves direct interaction with clients, ensuring equipment operates correctly and providing technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Install and test products to verify proper functionality.
• Follow installation and operation manuals precisely.
• Respond to service requests and perform product repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools to develop repair plans.
• Teach customers how to operate their equipment safely.
• Escalate complex issues to managers promptly.
• Utilize required tools and equipment effectively.
• Write detailed service reports after each appointment.
• Collaborate with managers and fellow technicians.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification/certification.
• Willingness to travel to various customer locations.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple service calls.
• Background in electrical systems or coolant systems is a plus.
