Service Officer

About the role

The Service Officer supports the Service Manager in daily branch operations at the Daet location, ensuring strict compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and internal policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vault and ATM cash levels, oversee vault operations and tellering functions.
• Ensure branch compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Execute service tasks aimed at increasing deposits, fees, and revenue through cross‑selling and other business initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, eliminating errors, lapses, or irregularities that could lead to financial loss or reputational damage.
• Maintain high service standards by providing fast, accurate, and error‑free processing for total client satisfaction.
• Monitor productivity and administrative matters to stay within established guidelines, budgets, and limits.
• Coach and mentor Service Associates to ensure proper training and performance.

Required profile

• Four‑year graduate with a degree in business or a service‑industry‑related field.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Ability to stay focused, organized, and motivated under high‑stress conditions.
• Experience in sales or marketing within a banking environment is an advantage.
