Service Officer – Banking Operations

About the role

The Service Officer supports the Service Manager in delivering seamless branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while providing excellent customer service. This onsite position is based in Ayala Vicente Madrigal, Perea, and focuses on vault, ATM, and tellering functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with vault and ATM cash level monitoring, vault operations, and tellering activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations, internal policies, and external regulatory rules.
• Execute service initiatives aimed at increasing deposits, fees, and revenue through cross‑selling and referrals.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent errors, reputational damage, or financial loss.
• Maintain productivity and administrative standards within set guidelines, budgets, and limits.
• Coach and mentor Service Associates to meet performance expectations.

Required profile

• Four‑year graduate with a degree in Business or a service‑industry‑related field.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and branch operations.
• Ability to stay focused, organized, and handle high‑stress situations.
• Sales or marketing experience in a banking environment is an advantage.
