Service Mechanic – Engineering Project Coordination

About the role
We are looking for a Service Mechanic to support engineering projects by preparing schedules, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, site engineers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules and coordinate manpower, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor overall work progress and report status regularly.
- Evaluate project manpower requirements, including new skilled and non‑skilled workers.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, site engineers and other participants to provide technical assistance.
- Review project deliverables and initiate corrective actions when needed.
Required profile
- Graduate of automotive technology or a related technical‑vocational program (minimum 2‑year course).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of electrical equipment programming, controllers, troubleshooting, instrumentation, synchronizing, testing and commissioning.
