Service Associate

About the role

The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center of a bank. The role supports business objectives through excellent customer service, compliance with regulations and participation in process‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide over‑the‑counter services to business centre customers, ensuring transactions are accurate and completed within the bank’s service standards.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations, and other external rules.
• Identify risk areas and apply bank policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage with clients to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the branch’s reputation.
• Perform administrative duties delegated by the branch manager.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making ability, attention to detail and effective time‑management.
• Good monitoring and controlling skills with a sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate and able to engage easily with people.
• Committed to service quality, accuracy and organizational goals.
