Service Associate

About the role

The Service Associate provides timely, accurate over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements such as BSP and AMLA. The role supports the branch’s business objectives through high‑quality customer service and may be assigned to the Alaminos location.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free transaction processing while meeting service standards for wait time and turnaround.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations, and other external rules.
• Identify risk areas and apply bank policies to mitigate them.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage clients professionally to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Perform administrative functions delegated by the branch manager.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
• Strong monitoring and control skills with a heightened sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
